1. Introduction

Welcome to Signature Travel Journeys ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at signaturetraveljourneys.com (the "Site") and the travel services we provide. By accessing our Site or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Signature Travel Journeys is a registered travel agency operating under applicable laws and regulations. We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and tour operators.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service providers. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from Signature Travel Journeys via email.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
• All information provided during the booking process must be accurate and complete. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.
• Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed.
• Special requests (room preferences, dietary requirements, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our Site are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless explicitly excluded.

• A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the departure date.
• For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfers.
• Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee of 2-3%.
• Prices may fluctuate due to currency exchange rates, fuel surcharges, or tax changes beyond our control.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider and type of booking. The following general policy applies:

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus a $100 per person administrative fee.
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund available.
• No-show: No refund available.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@signaturetraveljourneys.com. Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days to the original payment method.

Custom packages and special offers may have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal belongings, and personal liability. Signature Travel Journeys is not liable for any losses or expenses not covered by your travel insurance policy.

Travel insurance can be purchased through our platform at the time of booking or independently from a provider of your choice.

6. Responsibilities of Travelers

As a traveler, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring all travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates) are valid and correct.
• Arriving at airports, hotels, and other meeting points at the designated times.
• Complying with local laws, customs, and regulations of all destinations visited.
• Following safety instructions provided by guides, airlines, and service providers.
• Informing us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs at the time of booking.
• Conducting yourself in a manner that does not disrupt other travelers or service providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Signature Travel Journeys acts as an intermediary and is not directly responsible for the services provided by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.). While we carefully select our partners, we cannot guarantee the performance of these independent contractors.

• We are not liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the negligence of third-party service providers.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or strikes.

8. Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions, safety concerns, supplier changes, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives or compensate for significant changes.

Minor changes to itineraries (such as meal timing, guide substitutions, or minor schedule adjustments) do not constitute grounds for refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Signature Travel Journeys or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
